Payment terms

50 / 50

  • 50% on engagement — invoiced on signature of the SOW + first scoping call.
  • 50% on submission — invoiced the day we hand over the final bid pack.
  • 7-day payment terms on each invoice.
  • ZAR EFT only.
  • Late fees: 2% per month per uncollected balance.

What we won't charge for

Not now. Not ever

  • Award outcome.

    Win or lose, the fee is the fee. This is a regulatory and ethical hard rule, not a negotiation lever.

  • Lobbying or panel access.

    We're consultants, not influencers. We don't talk to procurement officers on your behalf.

  • CIDB grading, SARS filings, BBBEE certification.

    Those are statutory services that belong to specialised firms. We refer you to ones we trust.

Refunds

What happens if we miss the deadline

  • Audit: full refund if the go/no-go memo is delivered later than the date stated in the Statement of Work.
  • Build: pro-rata refund if we miss the submission deadline due to our error. Not for delays caused by client document timing — those are documented in the SOW.
  • Strategic: Build refund terms apply, plus we waive the closing 50% tranche if our adversarial review missed a panel-flagged issue, narrowly defined.

Above R50m+ tenders

Every quote is custom. Don't pick from a brochure — book a call and we'll scope it properly.
