Book a 30-min call
The call has a fixed agenda. You leave with a tier recommendation, a fee range, a standing-pack gap list, and an honest no if the tender isn't bid-able. Free. No pitch deck.
Before you book
The call runs tighter if you have these ready. You don't need all four — but the more you have, the more specific the output.
- 01
Tender document or RFP PDF, if you have it.
Even a partial RFP — the specification page and the evaluation criteria — is enough for a compliance read in the call.
- 02
Your CIDB registration and grade.
Know your current CIDB grade and the work category (e.g. GB or SQ for landscaping). If you're not registered, we'll tell you what that means for the specific tender.
- 03
Your current B-BBEE level.
The certificate, or at minimum the level. If it expired, bring the date — we'll factor that into the compliance read.
- 04
Two or three past projects with contract values.
Name, approximate value, and municipality or client. Reference letters not required for the call — just the list so we can assess experience evidence.
Pick a time
Available 09:00 – 17:00 SAST, Mon–Fri. Video or phone — your preference noted in the booking form.
After the call
Same-day Statement of Work.
If the tender is bid-able and we're a fit, you receive a Statement of Work the same day. It sets out the tier, the fixed fee, the deliverables, and the timeline. No open-ended retainer, no moving targets.
50% upfront on signature.
We invoice 50% of the fixed fee when you sign the SOW and the Data Processing Addendum. Work begins on receipt of payment — ZAR EFT. The remaining 50% is invoiced on delivery of the submission pack.
Kickoff within one week of signature.
We run a conflict check, set up your per-client folder, and take in your standing-pack documents. Any missing or expired compliance documents are flagged before bid writing begins — not discovered on the day of submission.
Not ready to book yet
Send a message with the tender details and we'll let you know whether it's worth a call. No obligation.
